Delivery:

Australia Post is our preferred delivery method, however from time to time we may be required to use another reputable courier. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the product purchased. Orders are processed within two working days of full payment. Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive (within Australia). Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and no responsibility will be accepted by www.jessicanash.com.au for goods that are damaged in transit or not received.

Digital goods are delivered immediately upon processing of payment. Please be aware there are inherent risks associated with downloading any software and digital goods. Whilst we endeavour to ensure our website and its server is free of viruses or any other harmful components, www.jessicanash.com.au gives no warranty that the documents or services will be free of viruses or any other harmful components.  Should you have any technical problems downloading any of our goods, please contact us so we may try to assist you.

Returns and Refunds:

We do our best to ensure our products reach you in excellent condition, however should you have an issue with anything you’ve ordered, please notify us within 10 days of purchase. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of www.jessicanash.com.au
